THE PROJECT

Inclusio purchased these two disused school buildings from Cuesmes Parc in July 2019.

The building permit for the conversion into 68 housing units has been granted.

Phases 1, 2 and 3 (19 + 19 + 15 housing units) are leased to the Social Real Estate Agency of Mons.

Work is currently ongoing on phase 4 (15 housing units).
