The Corporate Governance Charter defines the governance guidelines in effect within the company. This Charter was prepared by Inclusio's Board of Directors and is available for consultation via this link. Moreover, this Charter is complemented by both the Risk Management Regulations and the Internal Audit Regulations, which are an integral part of it.
