Inclusio is a public regulated real estate investment trust (REIT) under Belgian law whose mission is to offer quality housing to population groups in vulnerable situations or with limited resources.
Inclusio is active in Belgium in three sectors:
- Affordable rental housing (1,34 units;3.707 persons accommodate)
- Reception and accommodation for people with disabilities (151 units; 182 persons accommodated)
- Social infrastructure (reception centres for asylum seekers, for the homeless, for children placed by the judge) (13 units; 1,361 persons accommodated)

Inclusio has been listed on Euronext since 2020.
Its equity, combined with lines of credit, has enabled Inclusio to build a real estate portfolio of 345 million euros by June 30, 2024. Turnover for 2024 exceeds 15 million euros.
Through recent major acquisitions, Inclusio is looking for a Property Manager for Flanders to complement our team in Auderghem and manage our real estate portfolio located in Flanders.
Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible, together with the Head of Property Management and the Property Manager, for the long-term management of our real estate portfolio in Flanders:
- Following up on the buildings' long-term preventive maintenance plan, corrective maintenance and regulatory inspections;
- Following up on the long-term building improvement plan;
- Request premiums;
- Follow up on claims;
- Contact person for the tenants;
- Represent Inclusio at the co-ownerships;
- Maintain contacts with the tenants (B2B), with the neighbours, government agencies (municipalities, fire department) and utility companies (water, sewer, gas, electricity, telecom);
- In all your assignments, you will be guided by the safety of tenants and maintenance staff, quality of materials and living performance, and ensure optimal cost management over the life cycle of the buildings.
Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in property management or a Bachelor's degree in structural or electrical engineering, and good technical knowledge;
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- You have an interest in the housing sector and in supporting vulnerable people;
- You are dynamic, can work autonomously and have the necessary integrity, diplomacy and persuasiveness, you can analyze and solve problems efficiently;
- You are bilingual (Dutch - French), English is a plus;
- You possess a driving license B.
