Inclusio Chairmanship of Board of Directors

Inclusio announces that Françoise ROELS succeeds André BOSMANS as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors as of October 22, 2024.

At the request of Mr. André BOSMANS, his mandate as director has come to an end and Ms. Françoise ROELS has been co-opted as an independent director on October 22, 2024. André BOSMANS, who for many years assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors with great commitment and dedication, confidently passes the torch to Françoise ROELS.

Françoise ROELS brings with her a wealth of experience. She graduated in law and philosophy from Ghent University, with additional expertise in taxation. Her impressive career started at Loyens, after which she held key positions at Euroclear/JP Morgan and the Belgacom Group. Since 2004, she has been a member of the Cofinimmo Executive Committee, where she has assumed responsibility for a wide range of areas, including Governance, Legal, Compliance & Risk, Taxation, Information Mgt, ESG and Human Resources. Françoise was an additional founder of Woman on Board and is a director at Guberna and the Foundation Spullenhulp.
