THE PROJECT

EKLA is the name of the beer brewed on this former industrial site by brewery Vandenheuvel for Expo 58 in Brussels. This varied and ambitious real estate project a stone's throw from the West Station, was developed by Revive and consists of:

• kindergarten, elementary school and day care center
       
• offices
       
• publicly accessible park

Inclusio acquired 26% of shares in the company "Inclusio Vandenheuvel SA," which thereby owns:

       
• 1 commercial ground floor
       
• 20 apartments at low rents
       
• 21 social apartments
       
• 50 studios for social students
