In 2021, Inclusio acquired Les Jardins de Fraipont nv. This company owns a center for housing 40 people with disabilities, located in Fraipont (Province of Liège). The building consists of three floors, has a surface area of 2,925 m² and is located on the banks of the river Vesder. The center is leased for a period of 27 years through the non-profit organization "Le Jardin du Sart-Tilman".
