THE PROJECT

This real estate project in the center of Herzele in East Flanders consists of:

• 18 apartments (10 x 1 bedroom + 8 x 2 bedrooms)
• the offices of the Woonmaatschappij Dender-Zuid
• 30 above-ground parking spaces

Inclusio purchased the site and future buildings on plan in 2018. The site started in 2019 and was completed the same year.
