This project is located on Rue de Marvis in Tournai. This listed heritage in Louis XIV style was converted into 13 affordable rental homes with financial support from the Walloon Region, the province of Hainaut and the city of Tournai. The project was awarded the Prix Pasquier-Grenier for the quality of the restoration work and the preservation of the heritage. The first tenants moved in in June 2024.
