The company's Rebirth Development NV building used to be a Proximus office building. In 2022-2023, it was converted into 27 low-energy housing units (all rental units are energy class A).

It includes 2,100 m² of above-ground floor space with a varied program:

-13 two-bedroom apartments,

-4 three-bedroom apartments.

The building will be managed for 18 years by the dynamic social rental agency Un Toit Pour Tous, which operates in the municipalities of La Bruyère, Eghezée, Fernelmont, Andenne, Gesves, Assesse, Havelange, Ohey, Ciney, Hamois, Somme-Leuze and Rochefort.
