PAVILLON 7-9 (Schaerbeek)

THE PROJECT

Inclusio purchased this office building in 2018 from the VVSG (Association of Flemish Cities and Municipalities), which used it as its headquarters until the end of 2018. Inclusio carried out the reconversion into 41 residential units between 2019 and 2021. The housing units are rented through the Social Rental Office of Schaerbeek (ASIS). On the ground floor is an office for the non-profit organizations Les Tof-Services and Bataclan (assistance to people with disabilities).
