In May 2024, Inclusio purchased a building in Mortsel consisting of a social restaurant, the House for the Neighborhood De Populier and 10 apartments.
The Populier building is located at Guido Gezellelaan 31 in Mortsel (Province of Antwerpen) and has a floor area of 914 m². The building was built in 1982 and renovated in 2012. It was owned by OCMW Mortsel, which sold it through a public sale (Biddit).
