The property is located Jacques Sermon Laan 64 in Ganshoren. It consists of a small office space on the ground floor (occupied by VZW Straatverplegers), 1 studio and 9 1-bedroom apartments.
The property has been rented to the BAITA Social Rental Office since 2015. All the apartments have been rented out to vulnerable target groups through a collaboration between BAITA and a non-profit organization specialized in helping and following up persons in difficulty (including non-profit organization Street Nurses and Puerto). Several people without shelter have found a roof over their heads thanks to this project, and more importantly, hope for a better future. Witness the testimony of Benjamin, who after 12 years on the streets, today lives in one of these apartments. Also discover the testimonies of Carlos and Dany, both of whom have found shelter (in premises other than Inclusio) thanks to the non-profit organization Street Nurses.
