THE PROJECT

Inclusio acquired 15 of the 29 apartments at Résidence Moranville in Jette in 2016. A mix of different residential units is present:

     
• 1 studio
     
• 5 1-bedroom apartment
     
• 6 2-bedroom apartments
     
• 3 3-bedroom apartments

All apartments owned by Inclusio are rented through the Social Rental Agency of Jette. Inclusio (in cooperation with the trustee, the co-ownership and the Social Rental Agency of Jette) had all the old fire boilers replaced with new condensing boilers in late 2017 - early 2018.
