The Goede Herder-Norga project is the very first project developed and acquired by Inclusio. It consists of two buildings located in Evere: Goede Herderstraat 24-28 and Gustaaf Norgastraat 29. The first building consists of 18 apartments that were completely renovated between 2011 and 2013. The second building is a new construction from the same period with 20 apartments. Both buildings have a common courtyard garden. Underneath the buildings is an underground parking garage with 23 spaces. The unit has been rented through the Hector Denis Social Rental Office since 2013.
