Inclusio purchased a building in June 2024 to rent to New Samusocial, for the reception and housing of 350 applicants for international protection.
After an initial collaboration with New Samusocial in 2021 for a center for the homeless in Anderlecht, this is the second partnership between the two organizations.
The Maison Saint-Ignace is located at avenue Limalaan 20 in Laeken and has an above-ground area of 6,200 m².
This building, built in 1946,was originally the convent of Marie Réparatrice.
It was converted into a retirement home in 1993 and was completely renovated in 2004.
