VILLA VIP HERZELE (Herzele)

THE PROJECT

A VillaVip is a contemporary, fine and small-scale home where 10 adults with disabilities live with a care couple. A VillaVip is first and foremost a cozy place to be. The residents live there according to their own rhythm, interests and passions. Together with the care couple, they build a cozy home. Personal attention and lots of love are central to each home. This real estate project in the center of Herzele in the province of East Flanders consists of:

• 10 rooms and common areas for adults with disabilities
• 1 house for a caring couple

Inclusio purchased the land and building in 2019.
