THE PROJECT

This project located in Boechout (Antwerp) was purchased by Inclusio in 2019. The building was completed in 2020 and has been in operation since then.

It consists of:

       
• 19 studios
       
• 1 common room
       
• 10 parking spaces

The building is fully leased through Woonmaatschappij Thuisrand . One studio and the common room are reserved for the non-profit organization Pegode, for people with intellectual disabilities.
